Jerry Allen, Owner/President

Jerry has been in the Rod and Tubing inspection business since 1981. He started in the West Texas oilfields as a plant manager and in sales. He relocated to Bakersfield, CA in the mid-1990s. In Bakersfield, he was in Tubing and Sucker Rod Inspection and also in the Rod Guide manufacturing business. He moved to the Brazos Valley in the late 1990s to start RTS.

Alan and Steven Noack, Owners

Alan and Steven Noack, Owners

Alan and Steven have grown up in the oilfield with their family, working as the family's roustabout crew on their father's oil wells. They both graduated from Texas A & M University. They started Ernest Operating in 1988, Navarro Well service in 1994 and RTS in 1999.

David McNeely, Sales Manager/Tubing Plant Manager

David McNeely, Sales Manager/Tubing Plant Manager

David has been in the oilfield industry dating back to 1981. He worked in the supply business in Abilene, TX for several years and later transferred to Caldwell, TX. David has been with RTS since 2006.

Tony Zaragoza, Rod Manager

Tony has been with Rod and Tubing Services since the beginning in 1999. Tony did everything from truck driving to inspection work to sales in the field. Through the years he became the Rod Plant Manager, overseeing the Inspection plant and all the dealings with sucker rods. He has become knowledgeable with our Rod design program, helping our customers with their well designs.

Charles Williams, Trucking Manager

Charles Williams, Trucking Manager

Charles has been in the oilfield industry since 1983. He began sizemographing and working with geologist in exploration. Afterward, he ran a pole-truck, setting production equipment. He hauled frac tanks, drove vacuum trucks and worked as a mechanic. He then transferred and worked as a production equipment technician. Charles has been with RTS since 2004.

Mario Armijo, Tubing Services (Scan) Manager

Mario Armijo, Tubing Services (Scan) Manager

Mario has been in the oilfield service industry since 1992. Starting in the pipe inspection business, Mario operated all of the different pipe processing equipment. Mario has extensive knowledge, training and certification in Electromagnetic Inspection (EMI), Mag Particle Inspection (MPI), and visual thread inspection (VT). He has worked throughout Texas for several different service companies. Mario has been with RTS since 2006.

Monte Moffett, South Texas Area Manager

Monte Moffett, South Texas Area Manager

Monte has been working in the oilfield service industry since the mid 1980’s. He was a hydro-test operator for 10 years and then purchased a hydro-testing business and owned and operated that for 6 years. Monte has worked in the workover business both as a sales representative and rig operator. Monte has been with RTS since 2007.
