Rod and Tubing Services reconditions sucker rods and sucker rod couplings. Rod and Tubing Services uses a proven process to clean and inspect all equipment before returning it back to the customer.

Our services include:

• Pickup and delivery within 100 miles of Bryan, TX.
• Rods and couplings cleaned in vats utilizing heated solvents.
• Couplings removed and prepared for inspection.
• Couplings thoroughly tumble cleaned.
• Couplings critically inspected, classified, chemically treated and boxed.
• Rods visually inspected for straightness, wear, corrosion and thread damage.
• Rods thoroughly cleaned to parent metal using shot blasting.
• Rods inspected using eddy current determining hardness variation.
• Rods inspected using our (NDT) Electro-Magnetic Induction inspection.
• Rods inspected using (CSW) Laser Technology.
• Rod pin ends and upset areas inspected using (UVL) Wet Mag Particle.
• Rod shoulder seating faces checked for parallelism using product gauges.
• Rod pin ends protected with special inhibitor and anti-galling lubricant.
• Rod pin ends protected from mechanical damage with plastic thread protectors.
• Rods demagnetized full length.
• Rods treated with AMINE based soluble corrosion inhibitor full length.
• Rods are graded and color coded per API standards.
• Rods and Couplings inventoried and stored at no charge (60 days).
