Inspection Services Available:

  • Norm Survey on all incoming pipe
  • Incoming/Outgoing tally made on all pipe
  • All pipe inspected to API or customer specifications, whichever is greater
  • EMI Inspection
    • Transverse Inspection (Internal & External Defects)
    • Longitudinal Inspection (Internal & External Defects)
    • Wall Measurement
    • Eddy Current Grade Uniformity
    • Demag
  • Clean and visually inspect threads
  • New couplings
  • Hydrostatic test (80% minimum yield, 10,000 PSI max. 5 second hold)
  • Full length drift
  • ID/OD cleaning of tube for light scale and rust
  • Install new light weight plastic pin and coupling thread protectors (EUE 8rd threads only)
  • Color-coded to API or customer specifications and stencil WO #, Date, Size, Grade, and Thread
  • Couplings color-coded to grade of pipe
  • Shippers and Receivers received by fax or electronically within 24 hrs (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Inventory sent once a week by fax or electronically. Inventory to include inspected, un-inspected, and in-process
  • Oldest material in inventory shipped out first unless otherwise instructed
